BRONZE:
Developed for standard compliance within the requirements of NFPA-72 for protected premise fire alarm systems. Includes annual test & inspections, and if any repairs are required then such repairs shall be performed on a time and material basis.

SILVER:
Includes all elements of the bronze program with additional services which may include 24hour monitoring, portable fire extinguishers, fire sprinkler inspections, back-flow device testing, emergency lighting inspections, nurse call systems or other low voltage systems. Replacement parts under this plan shall have a guaranteed discount of 15% off list price.

GOLD:
This fully comprehensive program covers as many disciplines that you desire. Under the GOLD program your fire alarm system is covered 100% against parts & labor if any repairs are needed. This allows an annual budget to be established to maintain code compliance without any unexpected cost. At any time, if your system needs attention our technicians will respond promptly day or night and its on us. There is no hassle in scheduling routine maintenance. Our service coordinator will notify you when the systems are due for inspection, along with dates available for you to choose from.
